We are committed to delivering exceptional quality by using the latest technology and premium materials to ensure vibrant, long-lasting prints on every product. Our team carefully inspects each order for accuracy and consistency, ensuring that your custom designs are perfectly executed. We prioritized customer satisfaction by providing personalized support, fast turnaround times, and a dedication to continuous improvement in both our products and services.

  • Design Submission Guidelines

    • Custom Artwork: Reach out to us and drop your designs in high-resolution formats (preferably PNG, PSD or AI). If you do not have the design yet, drop us your ideas and a graphic designer will bring it to life for a small fee of $15 (with 1 adjustment).
    • Design Review: Once your design is submitted, our team will review it for quality and printability. If any adjustments are needed, we will reach out within 24 hours. For 

  • Order Processing and Lead Times

    • Standard Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 3 business days, and 4-5 business days for orders with design need as this may take longer due to artwork approval.
    • Lead Times: Overall turnaround time may take 3-5 weeks depending on the quantity of your order.
    • Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Quality Guarantee

    • Defects in Printing or Embroidery: If your order arrives with defects, misprints, damaged shirts, or wrong sizes, we will offer a free reprint or refund. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    • Color Accuracy: We strive to match your design's colors as closely as possible, but due to the nature of fabric printing, there may be slight variations.

  • Returns and Exchanges

    • Custom Orders: As all products are custom printed, we do not accept returns unless there is an issue with quality or sizing.
    • Non-Custom Orders: If you ordered pre-designed shirts, you can return or exchange them within 5 days of receiving the item, provided they are unused, in original condition and tags are intact. Customer is responsible for shipping fees.
    • Incorrect Size: We encourage customers to carefully check the size chart before ordering. In case of an incorrect size, exchanges are possible, but the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

  • Environmental Responsibility

    • Sustainable Printing: We use eco-friendly ink and materials when possible. Our printing methods aim to minimize waste and our packaging is recyclable.
    • Carbon Offsetting: We participate in carbon offset program for shipping. A small portion of your shipping cost will toward offsetting environmental impact.

  • Feedback and Revisions

    • Design Revisions: We offer 1 free design revision within 48 hours of placing the order. After the first revision, a small fee will be charged for further changes.
    • Feedback encouraged: We value customer feedback! Feel free to share your experience and ideas with us to help improve our services. We strive for continual improvement.

  • Volume Discounts and Bulk Orders

    • Bulk Discounts: We offer discounts for bulk orders (starting at 30 pieces). Please contact us for a quote if you are planning of a large order.
